What this website collects

Enquiry and contact forms: your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, reason for enquiry and the message you write to us.

Chatbot lead capture: your name, email, phone number (optional) and the question or reason you enter.

Technical information: essential cookies needed for the site to work and, only if you accept them, optional analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not collect payment details through this website and we do not ask you to submit clinical records here. Booking takes place through our separate secure booking system, which has its own privacy notice.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a screening call or appointment (legitimate interests and, where you become a patient, performance of a contract).

Where you tell us about your health in a message, we process that information to respond appropriately, relying on your explicit consent given via the consent checkbox and, for healthcare provision, Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR (provision of health care).

To keep the website secure and improve it (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Our email and IT providers who process data on our instructions.

Your GP or other professionals only with your consent, or where the law requires.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Website enquiries are kept for up to 12 months if you do not become a patient. If you become a patient, information moves into your clinical record, which is retained in line with the NHS Records Management Code of Practice.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

Form submissions are sent over encrypted connections. Please do not send urgent or emergency clinical concerns through this website or by email. In an emergency call 999 or attend your nearest Emergency Department.
