Discuss collaborationPartner clinics: your questions answered
How does a partner clinic refer a patient to APIS Clinic?
The partner clinic identifies a suitable patient and refers with the patient’s consent. APIS then contacts the patient, explains the process, completes the pre-assessment work-up, arranges the specialist assessment and shares a report and collaborative plan with the referring clinic.
Which specialisms does APIS collaborate with?
Clinics working with addiction, obesity and eating behaviour, hypermobility/EDS, fatigue, long COVID and brain fog, sleep, eating disorders, women’s health and PMDD, and gender dysphoria, among others where neurodevelopmental and mental health presentations overlap.
Can assessments be done online for referred patients?
Yes. Specialist assessments can be arranged in person or online at a convenient time for the patient.
