No. You do not need to have everything worked out before getting in touch. Tell us briefly what you are hoping for and our team will help you understand the next step, including whether ADHD, autism, AuDHD, mental health assessment, diagnostic review or trait-led support is the right starting point.

A member of our team gets in touch, collects some basic details, answers initial questions and arranges a specialist screening call. If the pathway is appropriate, you complete questionnaires and background information in one place before your appointment, and objective measures may be used where appropriate.

Five steps: 1) Screening call & information, 2) Questionnaires & objective tests, 3) Clinical assessment and conceptualisation, 4) Feedback and report, 5) Support plan and next steps. The written report is usually sent within 7 days of the assessment.

Yes. Trait-Led Support is for people who recognise traits, patterns or day-to-day difficulties but do not have, or are not seeking, a formal diagnosis. You can move to a full assessment at any point.

The assessment can usually be accessed via a secure link, including on your phone or another device where appropriate. Appointments can also be arranged in person at 10 Harley Street.

Yes. You can attend alone or with a family member, partner, friend or another supportive person. We always respect your privacy and consent.

No. Questionnaires and objective attention or cognitive measures add useful information, but they do not replace careful clinical assessment by a specialist.

Your clinician prepares a written report after the assessment, usually sent within 7 days. It summarises the assessment, formulation, diagnostic opinion where appropriate, and personalised recommendations.

A careful, neutral specialist review of a previous ADHD, autism, AuDHD or mental health diagnosis. It does not assume the previous diagnosis was wrong; it means we look again, with document review, updated measures, specialist re-assessment and two-clinician formulation where appropriate.

Medication may be discussed where clinically appropriate, with suitable checks, discussion of benefits and risks, and ongoing review. Medication initiation and titration may be provided through an appropriate partner clinic pathway where required, subject to clinical suitability, patient consent and the partner clinic’s own governance process.

Brain Health brings together cognitive training and ILF neurofeedback as part of a wider, personalised support pathway. They are supportive interventions, not guaranteed treatments, and not a replacement for assessment, medication, therapy or crisis care.

Propel ADHD is a phone-based cognitive training platform using short, structured games to practise attention, memory, response control and cognitive flexibility. APIS Clinic patients may be offered subsidised access where eligible.

An ADHD assessment is £850 online or £1,250 face-to-face; Autism is £1,150 / £1,450 and AuDHD £1,850 / £2,250. A medication appointment is £250 and the prescription fee is £90, which does not include the cost of medication. During our launch a limited number of free and subsidised ADHD assessments are available each month. Prices are subject to change.
